TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid size Contract Research Organization CRO that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service FSP solutions.
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager within Laboratory Diagnostics IT to join our team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate digital initiatives related to laboratory diagnostic systems within a complex healthcare environment, ensuring efficient delivery of IT solutions that support laboratory medicine operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate projects and activities related to development and management of laboratory diagnostic IT systems
• Translate operational needs into structured project plans and deliverables with focus on quality, feasibility, and business value
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including IT specialists, laboratory professionals, and other stakeholders
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives within an agile working environment
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and operational stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery within digital healthcare solutions
Qualifications
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management within complex organizations
• Experience leading IT related projects within laboratory diagnostics, healthcare, or clinical laboratory environments
• Strong understanding of laboratory information systems LIMS or LIS and related digital laboratory workflows
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in regulated or public sector environments
• Familiarity with agile or iterative project delivery methods
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand processes and translate them into practical solutions
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
