IT Support Technician
About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The IT Support Technician is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-line IT support by telephone and e-mail
• Perform administration tasks such as managing user/group security permissions, group policies, and print services
• Create KB’s and handle documentation
• Provide on-site and off-site support during office hours
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support
• Advanced level of English
• Proven success in an IT role, demonstrating your expertise and experience.
• Strong documentation skills and KB creating.
• Great Team player
• Self-going and motivated
• Experienced working in Windows server environment.
• Experienced with Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
