Who We're Looking to Connect With
Experienced leaders within Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring environments
Strong people managers with proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams
Professionals skilled in overseeing study delivery, resource planning, and operational excellence
Individuals with strong stakeholder collaboration skills across local leadership and cross-functional teams
A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office
Typical Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)
Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
