Human Resources Trainee

We're looking for someone curious, organised and genuinely interested in learning how People & HR works in a global company. You'll join our international HR team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new colleagues to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive.

You'll work with employees across multiple countries, support day-to-day HR operations, learn how HR systems and processes work in practice, and get exposure to a fast-paced, global organisation where people truly matter.

What you'll actually do

You'll get involved in a wide range of HR activities, not just one area. That includes:

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

• Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives.

• Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems.

• Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation.

• Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently.

• Preparing HR-related communications, presentations and reports.

• Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce.

• Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.

What we're looking for

• You're currently studying a Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field.

• You must be able to sign an internship agreement ("convenio de prácticas") through your university or educational institution.

• You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• You work in a structured and organised way, paying attention to the details that matter.

• You're able to take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed.

• You enjoy collaborating with others and communicating with people from different backgrounds.

• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

• You're curious, proactive, eager to learn and excited to build a career in Human Resources.

• Bonus points if you've had previous exposure to HR administration, HR systems or employee-related processes.
