About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. The Biostatistician is responsible for preparing, conducting and completing Statistical tasks in assigned Study Teams, according to company policies, SOP’s and regulatory requirements.

As part of our Functional Solutions, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides statistical input into study protocols, CRFs, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), reports, and publications.

• Designs and performs sample size calculations, randomization procedures, and statistical analyses for clinical studies.

• Programs, validates, and documents statistical analyses and study outputs, ensuring data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

• Produces statistical reports and contributes to study reporting and interpretation of results.

• Acts as a key statistical contact for clients and cross-functional study teams.

• Supports process improvements, organizational development initiatives, proposal activities, and maintenance of study documentation and archives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or related discipline.

• Proficiency in SAS programming.

• Good verbal and communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel on occasion
