Clinical Development Services (CDS)
Clinical Development Services is the scientific and operational heart of TFS. CDS teams support clinical programs from First-in-Human studies through late-phase trials, Real-World Evidence, and commercialization.
What sets CDS apart is our therapeutically aligned, fully embedded delivery model. Rather than working in silos, our teams are built around therapeutic areas, with clinical operations, medical, data, regulatory, safety, and quality experts working side by side. This enables faster decision-making, deeper expertise, and a stronger sense of ownership across clinical development activities.
For candidates, CDS offers the chance to work on meaningful studies, collaborate across disciplines, and grow within a structure designed to support both excellence and agility.
