Do I need a background in clinical research?
No. We hire you for your expertise in your own field. You learn about clinical research during onboarding and from the study teams you work with.
Are there roles for people early in their career?
Yes. Our corporate teams hire trainees, interns and junior associates as well as experienced specialists and directors. Each job advert states the level.
Will I work in the office, hybrid or remotely?
It depends on the role and location. Each job advert says whether the role is office based, hybrid or remote.
Can I move to another team later on?
Yes. Internal moves are a normal part of a career at TFS, whether to another corporate team or into Clinical Development Services or Strategic Solutions where your experience fits.
How do the corporate teams fit in with the rest of TFS?
Clinical Development Services runs clinical trials for sponsors, and Strategic Solutions places TFS experts within sponsor teams. Our corporate teams support both, and the company as a whole.
